🕒 Hours: 37.5 hours/week, 5 out of 7 days

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Deliver high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation.
• Assist in menu planning and stock control.
• Lead kitchen shifts and supervise junior staff when required.
• Participate in function catering (available as paid overtime).

🕓 Shift Pattern

• 5 out of 7 days, including 1 in 3 weekends (reducing to 1 in 5 when fully staffed).
• Early and late shifts on a rota basis which are normally 6am-2pm or 11am-7pm.

✅ Requirements

• Qualified chef with relevant culinary certifications.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in high-volume catering preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A flexible, can-do attitude and a passion for food.
