Blue Arrow are recruiting for Cleaners to work at a motorway service station based in Knutsford, Cheshire. 🧹 Core Cleaning Responsibilities* Cleaning communal areas such as seating zones, corridors, and entrances* Maintaining male and female toilets and washrooms to a high hygiene standard, including replenishing soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls* Emptying bins regularly and ensuring waste is disposed of correctly* Daily cleaning tasks across all facilities, including floors, windows, and touchpoints 🛠️ Operational &amp; Support Duties* Replenishing stock in cleaning stations and sometimes assisting with display or fridge restocking in food outlets* Participating in shift handovers to ensure continuity of service and smooth operations* Reporting maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, faulty equipment) to supervisors for quick resolution 👥 Customer-Facing Aspects* Ensuring a welcoming environment by keeping areas tidy and presentable for travelers* Responding to customer needs when asked about facilities or cleanliness concerns* Supporting overall customer experience by contributing to a safe, clean, and comfortable stopover ⏰ Work Patterns* 5 days over 7 so does include weekend work* 6am-2pm &amp; 2pm-10pm shifts available ✅ Key Skills &amp; Attributes* Attention to detail and consistency in cleaning standards* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Reliability and flexibility with shift patterns* Good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and customers Candidates will need transport to get to the site, or live locally. The pay rate for these roles is £13.37 per hour Temporary to Permanent for the right candidates.
