An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a warm, welcoming, and professional nursery in Basingstoke. The Role

The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality childcare and early education. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic, caring, and committed practitioner who is eager to make a positive impact on children's lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Plans and delivers engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Observes, assesses, and records children's progress and development.
  • Builds strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ensures safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently met.

Candidate Requirements

  • Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent).
  • Possesses previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Shows passion for supporting children's learning and development.
