This role involves a mix of reactive and planned maintenance tasks, grounds upkeep, and ensuring site safety and security.<hr /><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Carry out minor fabric repairs and proactive maintenance.</li><li>Perform low-level PPM tasks and plumbing duties.</li><li>Complete Legionella monthly checks.</li><li>Maintain plant rooms and site housekeeping standards.</li><li>Conduct daily building walk-rounds and report faults promptly.</li><li>Support technicians and supervisors with maintenance tasks.</li><li>Grounds maintenance: litter picking, bin emptying, gritting walkways.</li><li>Respond to spillages and assist cleaning team when needed.</li><li>Remove graffiti using appropriate methods.</li><li>Manage subcontractor visits ensuring compliance with risk assessments.</li><li>Ensure accurate administration and timely record-keeping.</li><li>Willingness to travel and work shifts.</li></ul><hr /><h3>Qualifications &amp; Experience</h3><ul><li>Skills in joinery, plumbing, general building and fabric maintenance.</li><li>Full UK driving licence.</li></ul><hr /><h3>Competencies</h3><ul><li>Collaborating: Works well with others</li><li>Contributing: Shares ideas</li><li>Delivering: Consistently performs</li><li>Planning: Thinks ahead</li></ul><hr /><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Full uniform and safety equipment provided.</li><li>Company vehicle included.</li><li>Candidate must complete vetting procedure before starting.</li></ul><hr />Interested?
