Pricing Specialist

We are looking for a Pricing Specialist for a dynamic Commercial team! If you're analytical, commercially minded, and love turning data into decisions that drive real business impact, this is your chance to make a difference.

What You'll Do

• Develop and optimise pricing structures to support business goals
• Review and adjust pricing to stay competitive and profitable
• Analyse competitor activity and market trends
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Lead pricing accuracy and automation improvements
• Support key commercial projects with data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate across teams to maintain high standards

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year in a pricing, commercial, or data-focused role
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Solid understanding of pricing and commercial principles
• Advanced Excel and confidence with large datasets
• Ability to simplify complex data into practical insights
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with tenders/quotes is a bonus
• Stable and consistent work history

• Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per year
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
