Catering Assistant/ School hours

Are you an experienced Catering assistant?

Able to work school hours between 9.30am - 2.30pm 5 days a week?

Can work ALL workdays Monday to Friday?

Have a DBS?

As an experienced catering assistant you will have had at least 6 months experience in a fast paced kitchen , hold a food safety certificate and be looking for a new role to work either along side a current role or to support you with a greater family work life balance and be able to work after school drop of and before collection. You will have experience in working as a team in a kitchen environment

We look after the staffing support in School and care homes hence a high degree of flexibility is required.

What we're looking for:

* Previous catering or kitchen experience

* Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2)

* Enhanced DBS (must be current)

* Positive attitude and good communication skills

As a experienced catering assistant in a school you will be interacting with the children, serving food, replenishing utensils and food, date rotation, clearing tables and dish wash duties.

The role is both rewarding but hard work - no 2 days are the same.

You will be used to working in a small team working alongside the chef and be well organised in being able to multi skilled during the time on shift.

Pay £12.21- £12.50
