Join a team that values people, progress, and the planet.</p><hr /><h4><strong>About the Role</strong></h4><p>We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented <strong>Despatch Operative</strong> to join our client's Nottinghamshire site (Castelwood Business Park NG17)  You will play a key role in ensuring that all products are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched to meet customer expectations and delivery deadlines.</p><hr /><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4><ul><li>Prepare and pack orders for dispatch in line with company standards.</li><li>Verify goods against delivery notes and ensure accuracy.</li><li>Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods using systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve operational targets.</li></ul><hr /><h4><strong>Skills &amp; Experience Required</strong></h4><ul><li>Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch environment (preferred).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Basic IT skills for stock management systems.</li><li>Forklift license (desirable but not essential).</li></ul><hr /><h4><strong>What We Offer</strong></h4><ul><li>Competitive salary and overtime opportunities.</li><li>Company pension scheme and life assurance.</li><li>25 days holiday plus bank holidays.</li><li>Staff discounts on products.</li><li>Full training and career development opportunities.</li><li>A supportive and friendly working environment</li></ul><p>If you find that this role is for you ploease click apply and upload up to date CV.
