Salary: £14.74 per hour + Overtime Opportunities
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:45 - 17:45 (FULL TIME ONLY)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Despatch Operative to join our client's Nottinghamshire site (Castelwood Business Park NG17) You will play a key role in ensuring that all products are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched to meet customer expectations and delivery deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack orders for dispatch in line with company standards.
- Verify goods against delivery notes and ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods using systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve operational targets.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch environment (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic IT skills for stock management systems.
- Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
