About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our client on a temporary ongoing basis. This position will provide vital support to two departments within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring efficient operations and accurate documentation.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar industry and demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Fire Safety Officer needed! Salary: £18.26 per hourLocation: Tyne and Wear, NE1Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pmTill end of March 2026 (will possibility of extension) This role requires as a minimum one day in the office which is on a Monday. The successful applicant can work from home for the remainder of their time, other than when visiting premises. To advise the Council on the most appropriate and cost effective standards of fire safety in its premises and work operations in accordance with the relevant statutory requirements and codes of practice and carry out fire risk assessments. Main Duties 1. To carry out fire risk assessments, fire safety inspections and DSEARassessments of Council premises, sites and work operations as required.2.
