Waiting Staff - Macdonald Hotels & Golf Resorts

Blue Arrow are looking for waiting staff! Please see requirements below.

City Centre

Wednesday 26th November 7pm - Midnight.

Waiting staff (Servicing and cleaning tables + plate waiting).

• Customer service: Greet and seat customers, make menu recommendations, answer questions, and ensure overall satisfaction by checking on them during their meal.
• Order taking: Present menus, take food and drink orders accurately, and communicate these to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serving: Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and presentable manner.
• Table maintenance: Prepare tables for service by setting linens and silverware, clearing dirty dishes, and cleaning tables between customers.
• Payment processing: Present bills to customers and handle payments, including cash and card transactions.
• Teamwork: Work with other staff members to ensure smooth service, coordinate with the kitchen, and assist with other tasks as needed.
• Adherence to standards: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, and report any issues with food quality or cleanliness.
