📅 Contract: Temporary/ Flexible working

We're on the hunt for chefs who can travel to and from Nottingham for flexible shifts between 8am and 6pm.

There is onsite parking or great public transport routes right outside the site.

🔥 What You'll Be Doing

* Preparing and cooking a variety of fresh meals to spec and standard

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment

* Supporting menu development and daily specials

* Managing stock rotation and minimising food waste

* Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

✅ What We're Looking For

* Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a busy kitchen

* A genuine passion for food and hospitality

* Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards

* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or split shifts if required
