Caretaker - Radcliffe on Trent, Nottingham:

Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and dedicated caretaker to join our team in Radcliffe on Trent. The caretaker will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and security of the premises, performing minor repairs, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property.

Responsibilities:
- Being a key holder for the venue - opening and closing site
- Cleaning and sanitizing common areas
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Monitoring security systems
- Managing waste disposal
- Assisting with setting up for events as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

Schedule:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend duties.
