Duties:* Executing and enforcing safety / security protocols daily.* Coordinating all forward and reverse deliveries and receiving/shipping orders.* Conducting regular cycle counts ensuring the inventory management system is up to date and accurate at all times.* Executing stock re-balancing, performing daily check on inventory adjustments, completing fulfilment rates* Reverse logistics - processing RMA and conducting inventory sweeps.* Server rack deployment - receiving and populating server racks with pre-fabricated components.* Maintaining client relationships.* Adhering to working standards as per work instructions and working to agreed KPIs and SLAs.* Assisting and supporting clients with ADHOC needs and requests.* Ability to travel to other locations as and when required.
