Permanent Vacancy: Call Handler (Part Time)Location: Hillington, GlasgowHours: Part Time, Monday &amp; Friday (7:30am to 6:30pm)Salary: £13,644 per annumBenefits: Annual profit share bonus, private healthcare, pension scheme, death in service and more Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Part Time Call Handler to join their client based in Hillington, Glasgow.Key Skills Required<ul><li>Call Centre or similar customer service experience - first class communication skills, both written and oral</li><li>Good keyboard skills</li><li>An excellent telephone manner and attitude is essential</li><li>A flexible and hard-working attitude, with a can do mind set</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team</li><li>Good timekeeping and attendance record is essential</li></ul>Main Duties<ul><li>In-bound telephone calls - answer, manage and triage business calls</li><li>Raise ticket/job on internal platform ensuring all information is complete and correct and following the business guidelines, follow the process and pass the information out via SMS message or telephone call</li><li>Making outbound calls to client sites and management of reported Incidents, offering support to client as and when required.</li><li>Manage client email inbox and action any requests.</li><li>Updating all internal documentation as required.</li><li>Run Weekly Summary and Dashboard Reports and email to M&amp;S Head Office</li></ul>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
