Sous Chef - Temporary Assignment

Location: Portadown

Pay: £18.36 per hour

Hours: Monday 8th December - Thursday 11th December, 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a busy onsite canteen team for a short-term assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Food preparation and cooking to high standards
• Assist with stock take and menu planning
• Support with kitchen set-up and counter service
• Ensure compliance with COSHH and food safety regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health and safety standards

Dress Code

• White jacket/coat, white hat, neckerchief, and apron
• Sturdy shoes and check trousers
