<h3>Plumber - Social Housing Repairs</h3>Location: Rotherham (Swanage Court, S60 1BX)Pay: £14.50 - £17.50/hour (PAYE only, no umbrella)Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00-16:30 (40 hrs/week)Contract: Temporary (ASAP start until April 30, 2026)<hr /><h4>About the Role</h4>We're looking for an experienced Plumber to carry out reactive repairs in social housing properties across Rotherham. You'll work independently, delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.<hr /><h4>Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance in tenanted properties.</li><li>Carry out multi-skilled tasks where possible (e.g., tap replacements, bath panels, basic tiling).</li><li>Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team.</li></ul><hr /><h4>Requirements</h4><ul><li>NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing (Level 3 preferred).</li><li>CSCS card (Plumbing).</li><li>Basic DBS check (required before start).</li><li>Full UK driving licence.</li><li>Experience with plastic and copper systems, wet systems, and domestic repairs.</li><li>Multi-skilled experience is an advantage.</li></ul><hr /><h4>Interview Process</h4>Face-to-face with Repairs Supervisor.
