⭐ Finance Assistant - Dartford £35,000-£40,000 | Full-time | 100% Office Based (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) ⭐We are seeking a proactive and reliable Finance Assistant to join our busy team in Dartford. This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has solid experience in credit control and Sage 50.<h3 data-start="505" data-end="533">Key Responsibilities</h3><ul data-start="534" data-end="1011"><li data-start="534" data-end="654">Manage day-to-day credit control, including chasing outstanding payments and maintaining accurate debtor records</li><li data-start="655" data-end="717">Process invoices, payments, and receipts using Sage 50</li><li data-start="718" data-end="779">Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies</li><li data-start="780" data-end="871">Assist with month-end tasks, bank reconciliations, and general financial administration</li><li data-start="872" data-end="934">Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc duties as required</li><li data-start="935" data-end="1011">Provide excellent communication to internal teams and external customers</li></ul><h3 data-start="1013" data-end="1033">Requirements</h3><ul data-start="1034" data-end="1349"><li data-start="1034" data-end="1077">Proven experience in credit control</li><li data-start="1078" data-end="1121">Strong working knowledge of Sage 50</li><li data-start="1122" data-end="1173">Good understanding of general finance processes purchase ledger / sales ledger </li><li data-start="1174" data-end="1215">High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li data-start="1216" data-end="1279">Confident communicator with a professional, friendly manner</li><li data-start="1280" data-end="1349">Ability to work independently in a fully office-based environment</li></ul><h3 data-start="1351" data-end="1372">What We Offer</h3><ul data-start="1373" data-end="1562"><li data-start="1373" data-end="1416">Competitive salary: £35,000-£40,000</li><li data-start="1417" data-end="1450">Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm</li><li data-start="1451" data-end="1501">Supportive team and stable working environment</li><li data-start="1502" data-end="1562">Free parking</li></ul>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
