Are you ready to lead one of Newquay's most iconic hotels? We're looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to take the reins, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence.

📍 Location: Hotel, Newquay
🕒 Hours: 6 days per week, 48 hours
💰 Salary: Starting at £34,500 - £36,500 (depending on experience)
🎯 Bonus: Up to £6,000 annually, subject to performance criteria
🏡 Accommodation: Temporary live-in available
📈 Progression: Salary increases by £2,000 after 3 months, based on performance and contribution.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing day-to-day hotel operations with a hands-on approach
• Leading and motivating a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service
• Managing budgets, targets, and guest satisfaction scores
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company standards
• Driving revenue and profitability through strategic planning
