We are looking for a team of staff to work FULL TIME Monday to Friday at a busy sorting office in Runcorn. As a customer service ambassador, you will enjoy speaking with customers, be passionate about service and want to always problem solve any issues. You will have previous experience with customer care, and data entry. The role involves the following:

• Talking to customers regarding deliveries of parcels and important letters
• Liaising with drivers who are on route to customer addresses
• Interacting with customers on estimated delivery times
• Investigating parcels or deliveries schedule missed or lost

As a customer care advisor, you will be paid £13.74 an hour and work 8 hours a day - 40 hours per week. You need only apply if you can work a late shift, and deliver the role over 5 days - this is not negotiable
