This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary, structured shift patterns, and excellent career development opportunities.Are you looking to start the new year off with a new role Salary &amp; Working Hours<ul><li>Base Salary: £28,000 per annum</li><li>Shift Allowance: £82.76 per week</li><li>Total Package: Approx. £32,303 per annum</li><li>Hours:<ul><li>Initial weeks: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm</li><li>Ongoing shift pattern:<ul><li>2 weeks days: Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul>§ 1 week afternoons: Monday-Thursday: 1.45pm-9.45pm<ul><ul><ul><li>Friday: 11.45am-7.45pm</li></ul></ul><li style="text-align: center;">Overtime available before/after shifts and Saturday mornings (once trained)</li></ul>✈️ About the RoleYou'll be part of a team specializing in the repair and overhaul of Commercial Aircraft Thrust Reversers and Nacelles, working to OEM, UKCAA, and EASA-approved standards.
