Food and Beverage Manager - Helston

Salary: £32,426 per annum

Hours: 40 per week

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (52.2 weeks per year)

Team Size: 17 (including porters, bar staff, FOH team, and House Manager)

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead a vibrant team in a busy dining and hospitality environment. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the delivery of three meals per day, managing bar operations, and coordinating functions with sponsors.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and scheduling the front of house team
• Planning and quoting for functions and events
• Managing bar operations including stock control and cash reconciliation
• Producing weekly operating and trading reports
• Attending client meetings and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring compliance with training and audit requirements
• Recruiting and onboarding new team members as needed

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar hospitality management role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work flexibly across 5 out of 7 days, including evenings and weekends
