This hands-on role excludes farm, orchard, and conservation meadow areas and focuses on enhancing guest-facing landscapes, including riverbanks and wildflower spaces.The Senior Gardener will manage a small team, report to the Estate Manager, and work closely with leadership to uphold high standards across all garden areas.
