Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Website &amp; Data Coordinator to manage and maintain our online presence. This role involves updating our website with garment and stock changes and pictures, processing marketing data, and ensuring high-level data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Magento IT system and a strong background in data processing and digital content management.<hr style="text-align: center;" /> Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Website Management:<ul><li>Post all web changes including garment updates, stock levels, and product imagery.</li><li>Ensure all content is accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.</li><li>Maintain and update product listings using Magento.</li></ul></li><li>Marketing &amp; Product Data:<ul><li>Upload and manage marketing data for new product lines.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to introduce and promote new garments and collections.</li></ul></li><li>Data Processing:<ul><li>Handle large volumes of product and stock data with precision.</li><li>Ensure data integrity across systems and platforms.</li></ul></li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience working with Magento or similar e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and high-level data processing skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple updates efficiently.</li><li>Familiarity with image handling and basic graphic editing is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li></ul>If you have used Magento before, please submit your CV showing your Magento experience and I will be in touch.
