This is a great opportunity as the owner also owns a number of other restaurants.Main duties and responsibilities of the Chef De Partie (Near Guildford, Surrey): Implement Health &amp; Safety legislation and COSHH at all times Cater for the casual dining restaurant during the day Cooking and preparation of high quality meals for potentially large volumes of customersResponsibilities Working with the more junior members of staff and training them Using fresh ingredients to make good, quality food.
