Core responsibilities

• Dish-washing and equipment cleaning: Wash and sanitise all kitchenware, including pots, pans, plates, and utensils.
• General cleaning: Keep all kitchen surfaces, floors, and walls clean and sanitised, following strict hygiene standards.
• Waste disposal: Remove rubbish and manage recycling, ensuring the kitchen is kept tidy.
• Stock and deliveries: Unload deliveries, organise storerooms, and ensure supplies are properly stored.
• Food preparation: Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.
