About the Role:We are currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable Welder based in Chester-le-Street, the role is offered on a temp to perm basis, with an immediate start available.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Welder to contribute to a well-established business within the engineering/manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform MIG welding (as applicable) to a high standard</li><li>Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications</li><li>Carry out fabrication and assembly of metal components</li><li>Conduct quality checks to ensure welds meet required standards</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations</li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines</li></ul> Rate<ul><li>£13ph during the initial 12-week trial period</li><li>£13.50ph following successful completion of training (this may be accelerated depending on performance)</li></ul> Working Hours:<ul><li>Mon-Fri</li><li>6am-4pm core hours</li><li>4pm-6pm daily overtime paid at time and a third</li></ul>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
