About the Role:We are currently seeking a professional and approachable Receptionist to join our client's team based in Teesside. The successful candidate will be required to work across multiple sites in Stockton and Billingham, therefore a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors, staff, and clients</li><li>Efficiently manage incoming telephone calls and email correspondence</li><li>Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and inviting</li><li>Undertake general administrative duties including appointment scheduling, handling post, and data entry</li><li>Offer support to other departments with routine office tasks as required</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>A valid DBS certificate is required for this role.
