🕒 Hours: 40 hours/week, 5 out of 7 days

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation
• Deliver high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation
• Assist in menu planning and stock control
• Lead kitchen shifts and supervise junior staff when required
• Participate in function catering (available as paid overtime)

🕓 Shift Pattern

• 5 out of 7 days, including 1 in 3 weekends (reducing to 1 in 5 when fully staffed)
• Early and late shifts on a rota basis: typically 6am-2pm or 11am-7pm

✅ Requirements

• Qualified chef with relevant culinary certifications
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in high-volume catering preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A flexible, can-do attitude and a passion for food
