Location: Fradley Park, Lichfield

Pay: £15.50 per hour

Contract Type: Full-time | Permanent

Shift Start Times: Between 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM (8-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move goods across the warehouse
• Load and unload trailers efficiently
• Handle 150-200 pallets per shift
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet tight deadlines
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• A valid and in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Previous experience in a busy warehouse or pallet network environment
• Confidence managing high pallet volumes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Flexibility with evening shift start times
