Bluearrow are recruiting a Hospital Storesperson (Facilities Management) for our client based in Oxford, OX3.Start date: 3/11/2025 Shifts: Mon-Fri 8:30am-1:30pm, extra 2 hours can be added if needed Pay rate: £16.50 per hour Location: OxfordMain Purpose of Role: To support the Lead Stores and Small Works Coordinator &amp; Performance and Compliance Manager with the day to day management of the Estates stores, involving ordering of material &amp; stock, PPE plus good receiving, and dealing with invoice and delivery queries. This post will include assisting with waste management, stock management and chargeable works stream (small works).The post holder from time to time will be required to assist with other Estates Support / admin duties, dealing with client queries and requests for work. Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities <ul><li>Working alongside the Lead Stores &amp; Small Works Coordinator, the individual would be required to raise Purchase Orders (Maximo IBM software) and coordinate with suppliers to obtain material and supplies needed for site</li><li>Carry out regular stock take of the stores utilising the Rexel Smart Stores system &amp; restock as required so minimum levels are maintained</li><li>Take delivery of any stores-related items and ensure they are stores in a safe and secure manner</li><li>Check delivery of materials and equipment from suppliers and coordinate with Full-time Stores Coordinator to ensure invoices are marked for payment</li><li>Ensuring that waste generated from site is separated into correct waste streams (WEEE waste, COSHH waste, recyclable materials, metal waste)</li><li>Ad Hoc administrative duties related to the running of the stores function including scanning and filing delivery notes, processing of invoices and progressing any queries.
