Warehouse Operative - VNA & Bendi Licensed

Salary:

• Night Shift (8:40pm - 6:30am): £15.77/hour
• Rotating AM/PM Shift (6am-2pm / 1:20pm-9:20pm): £14.48/hour

Are you an experienced warehouse operative with valid VNA and Bendi licenses? We're hiring for permanent roles in a dynamic warehouse environment where your skills will be valued and developed.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute materials, equipment, and products.
• Transport items from receiving/production to storage or designated areas.
• Sort and place items on racks/shelves/bins by size, type, style, or product code.
• Assemble customer orders, package pallets, and complete relevant paperwork.
• Label incoming goods and ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare outgoing products with correct labels and packaging.
• Operate SAP for stock checks, label creation, and consolidation.
• Safely operate warehouse vehicles and conduct daily equipment checks.
• Collaborate with supervisors and shipping clerks on schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) protocols and company standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid licenses for:
  • VNA (Very Narrow Aisle)
  • Bendi (Articulated Forklift / Pivot Steer)
  • Counterbalance
  • Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) - desirable
• Ability to lift up to 25kg and operate hand trucks.
• Comfortable working at heights (up to 8 meters).
• Willingness to work near mechanical equipment and in varying conditions.
