Location: Bridgend (Various Routes)
Salary: £12.30 per hour
Contract Type: Full-Time / Weekend availability

Job Overview:

We are seeking reliable and professional Van Drivers to join a team in Bridgend, working for a well-established nationwide organisation. This role involves multi-drop deliveries across the region, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company van to deliver goods to customers and business locations.
• Load and unload parcels, ensuring accuracy and care.
• Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
• Provide excellent customer service at each delivery point.
• Complete delivery paperwork and use handheld devices for tracking.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (Category B) with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Previous van driving experience preferred but not essential.
• Good geographical knowledge of South Wales and surrounding areas.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels safely.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude and professional appearance.
