Job Title: Admin Assistant - Events &amp; FacilitiesLocation: EdinburghSalary: £28,000-£30,000Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per weekContract: 3-month ongoing We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Admin Assistant to join a busy team supporting events and facilities operations. This role involves a range of office support services including reception, mailroom duties, meeting room setup (including catering), travel coordination, and general enquiries. Key Requirements:<ul><li>Demonstrated experience in customer service within an office support environment</li><li>Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary setting</li><li>Strong communication and organisational skills</li><li>Confidence in managing competing priorities independently</li></ul>This position sits within the Property and Facilities Management (PFM) department, part of the wider Finance Directorate, which also includes Finance and Procurement. The Directorate is led by the Executive Director of Finance, with each department managed by a Head of Service.
