We're currently seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Rushden. This flexible role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy kitchen environment and is available to support across a variety of shifts - including evenings, weekends, and the festive season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen
• Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods
• Wash and store kitchen equipment and utensils
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or catering role is helpful but not essential
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Flexibility with working hours
• Good communication skills
