About the Role:

We're currently recruiting flexible kitchen staff to support a variety of venues in and around Kettering. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is available to work across different shifts - including evenings, weekends, and the festive season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Support chefs and kitchen teams during busy service periods
• Wash and store kitchen equipment and utensils
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or catering role is beneficial but not essential
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Flexibility with working hours
• Good communication skills
