About the Role:

We're currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Assistants to join our team in Northampton. This is a flexible role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is available to support across various shifts - including evenings and weekends, especially during the festive season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy periods
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Ensure stock is rotated and stored correctly

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment is desirable but not essential
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Flexibility with working hours
• Good communication skills
