Your mission? Deliver exceptional customer service, ensure safety and comfort, and handle ticketing with accuracy and professionalism.<hr /><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Welcome passengers and create a first-class experience</li><li>Check and issue tickets, handle cash and card transactions</li><li>Assist passengers with disabilities (including using a portable ramp up to 15kg)</li><li>Stay calm and proactive when managing overcrowding or unexpected situations</li></ul><hr /><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>Customer-facing experience and confidence with cash handling</li><li>A true people person who thrives on helping others</li><li>Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues constructively</li><li>Strong communication skills and integrity in everything you do</li></ul>No rail experience?
