Catering & Food Service Assistants - Contract Catering Units

Location: Newcastle, Gateshead & Surrounding Areas

Hours: Between 07:00 - 15:00 (varies by site)

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

We're recruiting experienced Catering and Food Service Assistants to join our team supporting contract catering units across the region. If you're confident in food preparation and till service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
• Serve customers efficiently and professionally, including operating a till
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in food service areas
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food prep and till operation is essential
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
• Flexibility to work between 07:00 and 15:00 depending on site needs
