Blue Arrow is recruiting for experienced chefs to work with our clients around Birmingham and black country area. Working mainly in contract catering. Your role will be to:- Assist in the daily management of the kitchen team- Cook for up to 400 at a time- Cook from fresh following a set menu rota- Stock management and ordering- Supervise all food preparation and presentation to ensure highest quality- Keeping detailed records of wastage, temperature checks, stock levels-Maintaining high standards of food and kitchen hygiene at all times. Blue Arrow are recruiting for an experienced chef to work with our client on a temporary part time basis in the Ludlow area. Working in a busy farm shop cafe which can seat up to 175 guests, your main duties will include:* Assisting the head chef with kitchen management* Menu development* Cooking from fresh using seasonal ingredients* Maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene Hours of work:2-3 days per week8am-4pm Due to the nature of the business, some weekend work will be necessary.
