Blue Arrow are recruiting for 3 Counterbalance FLT Drivers for a distribution company based in Nottingham. 📋 Key Responsibilities* Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently in warehouse or production environments.* Load and unload deliveries, trailers, and wagons.* Move goods and materials around the site, including yard and storage areas.* Support goods-in and dispatch operations: receiving, checking, storing, picking, and staging orders.* Feed production lines with materials and remove finished goods.* Conduct daily safety inspections of the forklift and complete relevant paperwork.* Maintain stock control and update inventory systems.* Follow strict health and safety protocols at all times.* Assist with general housekeeping duties to keep work areas clean and organised. 🛠️ Skills &amp; Qualifications* Valid counterbalance forklift license* Experience operating forklifts in busy warehouse or industrial settings.* Good understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Basic IT skills for using scanners or inventory systems.* Attention to detail and commitment to safety. 🕒 Working Hours* Shifts patterns available are 7am-3:30pm or 9am-5:30pm.* Overtime available at the weekends. 💷 Salary* The pay rate is £13.21 per hour Ongoing work Please don't contact the local Blue Arrow office for this role, as it's being managed by the Manchester office.
