Temporary General Administrator - Inverness

Blue Arrow Inverness are currently recruiting for a Temporary General Administrator.

🗺️Location: Inverness

💰Hourly Rate: £14.00 - £15.13

⌚Hours: 37

📅Start Date: 24.11.2025

Some other key tasks/expectations are:

• General Admin duties
• Creating Agendas from Workplans/Action Plans
• Updating Workplans/Action Plans where appropriate
• Attending committee meetings
• Completing detailed minutes as a result of attending committee meetings, often in a variety of different styles
• Diary Management
• Arrangement of travel, accommodation, refreshments
• Organising and co-ordinating large events which often requires dealing with many different stakeholders with differing views/expectations
• Public Service Experience (not essential but would be extremely useful)
• Exceptional organisational skills to be able to work on several different tasks that often have conflicting deadlines
• Excellent use of initiative (sources work to do from the rest of the team if up to date, rather than waiting for additional tasks to be assigned)
• Solutions focused approach

The successful candidate(s) can work remotely but also need to be comfortable predominantly helping with minutes - however if they live local then an element of office working would be required.
