Warehouse Operative - Grimethorpe

We are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives based in Grimethorpe, Barnsley S72 area.

Rotating Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm

Monday - Friday 10am - 18:30pm

Required to work 1 in every 10 weekends

You must be availalbe to rotate shift pattern and work weekends when required.

Contract:

Temp to Perm - Full-time hours!

Pay Rate:

Standard: £12.21ph

Overtime: £12.50ph

Saturday's: £13.08ph

Sunday's: £17.44ph

Job Purpose:

Working as the Warehouse Operative (Goods Receiving/Order Picker/Packer/Dispatch Assistant/Stock Controller) you will work as part of the Company's Operations Team which provide a highly effective and customer focused service. The job involves performing order receipt, picking and packing duties in order to distribute products for end consumers, care homes and other businesses, the stock control elements include the relocation of goods to optimum positions, replenishing pick lines and stock cycle counting.

Key Skills Required:

· Previous experience working in a fast paced warehouse environment.

· Have a good level literacy and numeracy understanding as well being IT literate.

· Have a good level of speed, high accuracy, and good attention to detail.

· Great organisational skills.

· Be upbeat and energised.

· Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks.

· Be a team player to support others on shift.
