We're looking for a talented Pastry Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a stunning countryside boutique hotel just outside Bath. Salary up to £36,000 depending on experience
Contracted to 40 hours per week - all overtime paid

🍰 The Role:
Lead the pastry section and support the Head Chef and Sous Chef
Create and present high-quality desserts and baked goods using fresh, local produce
Contribute to seasonal menu development with a focus on pastry
Mentor junior chefs and maintain high kitchen standards
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations


🧠 What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a pastry-focused chef role
Strong skills in patisserie, baking, and dessert plating
Creativity and a passion for seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
Excellent communication and teamwork
NVQ or equivalent qualification is a bonus

Own transport is essential due to location - live in is 5 mins drive from site.
