Role Overview:

As a School Kitchen Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping prepare and serve meals to pupils, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and hygienically. Duties may include:

• Assisting with food preparation
• Serving meals
• Washing up and cleaning kitchen areas
• Following food safety and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable and punctual individuals
• Friendly and approachable attitude
• Ability to work well in a team
• Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential

Important Requirement - Enhanced DBS Check:

To work in a school environment, you must have an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. This is a background check that ensures you're suitable to work with children and vulnerable individuals. If you don't already have one, we can help guide you through the application process.
