📌 Job Title: HR Officer (Level 5 Qualified)📍 Location: Office-based (initial 4 weeks), then up to 2 days WFH🕒 Contract: 3-Month to begin with | Monday to Friday, between 8am-6pm💰 Pay: £16.43 - £21 per hour (dependent on experience &amp; qualifications) About the Role We are urgently seeking a Level 5 qualified HR Officer for an initial 3-month assignment. This is a hands-on role requiring someone with current HR experience, particularly in casework management and absence handling. You'll be expected to immediately pick up a caseload (with support) and progress cases in line with internal policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and progress HR casework including:<ul><li>Grievances</li><li>Disciplinaries</li><li>Sickness and absence cases</li></ul></li><li>Apply up-to-date UK employment law knowledge to all casework.</li><li>Ensure all actions are compliant with internal policies and employment legislation.</li><li>Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases.</li><li>Contribute to HR service delivery and continuous improvement.</li></ul> Essential Requirements<ul><li>CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).</li><li>Proven experience in HR casework management.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organisational and time management abilities.</li><li>Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul> Working Arrangements<ul><li>Office-based for the first 4 weeks.</li><li>Up to 2 days per week WFH thereafter, subject to service needs.</li><li>Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm.</li></ul>Pay Rate<ul><li>£16.43 to £21 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.</li></ul>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
