Blue Arrow is recruiting for experienced chefs to work with our clients around Birmingham and black country area. Working mainly in contract catering. Your role will be to:- Assist in the daily management of the kitchen team- Cook for up to 400 at a time- Cook from fresh following a set menu rota- Stock management and ordering- Supervise all food preparation and presentation to ensure highest quality- Keeping detailed records of wastage, temperature checks, stock levels-Maintaining high standards of food and kitchen hygiene at all times. Skills you will need:- Food hygiene level 2 or above- Food allergens- Strong organisational skills- Knowledge of current food safety regulations,- Ability to work under pressure- Self motivated- Enhanced adult &amp; child DBS dated within the last 12 months or registered on the update service Competitive rates of pay.
