Employment Type: Full-Time

We're looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the bar and catering operations, delivering exceptional service across our restaurant, bars, and function spaces.

Your Role

• Lead daily operations across all food & beverage outlets.
• Manage, train, front-of-house and banquet staff.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team on menus and events.
• Implement service standards and efficient scheduling.
• Control stock, purchasing, and costs to meet financial goals.
• Plan and execute private events, competitions, and seasonal promotions.
• Handle Member feedback with professionalism and care.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Report on performance, revenue, and improvements to senior management.

✅ What You'll Need

• 3-5 years of F&B management experience (hospitality venue or similar).
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Solid grasp of hospitality financials and cost control.
• Excellent communication
• Experience in event planning and high-volume service.
• Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and F&B software.
• Hospitality Management degree or diploma is a plus.
