Role Overview

The Careline Advisor is responsible for delivering excellent customer care and support to consumers across all contact channels. This includes handling queries and complaints related to a wide range of products, and managing interactions via social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. The role involves publishing, monitoring, and moderating social engagement, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues in line with brand tone of voice.

Operational Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4pm / Saturday 8am-1pm

Skills Required

· * Fluent French and Dutch speaker

· * Effective and empathetic communication with a wide range of consumers

· * Ownership of customer journey and resolution through personalised solutions

· * Customer care experience, preferably in the food industry

· * Strong interest in food and foods for special medical purposes

· * IT skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

· * Flexibility to work shifts

· * Self-motivated and a team player

Training & Development

Full training and induction provided, covering systems, data protection, and soft skills. Ongoing training will support project requirements.
