Join a passionate catering team delivering fresh, seasonal meals in a vibrant educational setting. We're looking for a committed Chef de Partie to support daily kitchen operations and contribute to high-quality food service.
📍 The Role
- Location: Southampton, Hampshire
- Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
- Hours: Full-time
- Pay: £14.70 per hour
- Schedule: Mainly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support for events

🍴 Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in daily operations
- Motivate the team to maintain high standards
- Ensure food safety and allergen controls are met
- Contribute to creative menu planning
- Manage mise en place and ensure smooth service
- Assist with school events and functions
👤 About You
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in contract catering, ideally in education or B&I settings
- Passionate about fresh, seasonal food
- Strong attention to detail and food safety standards
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible and proactive approach
