<h3><strong>Job Title: Driver's Mate </strong></h3><p><strong>Location:</strong> Durham</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong>£12.60ph</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> Full-time (Any 5 out of 7 days)</p><hr /><h4><strong>About the Role</strong></h4><p>We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a <strong>Driver's Mate / Kitchen Porter</strong>. This is a varied role where you'll assist with deliveries and support kitchen operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.</p><hr /><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4><p><strong>As a Driver's Mate:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist the driver with loading and unloading goods safely.</li><li>Ensure deliveries are accurate and handled with care.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service during drop-offs.</li><li>Follow all health and safety guidelines.</li></ul><p><strong>As a Kitchen Porter:</strong></p><ul><li>Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic at all times.</li><li>Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.</li><li>Support the kitchen team during busy periods.</li></ul><hr /><h4><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h4><ul><li>A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.</li><li>Previous experience is a bonus but not essential - full training provided.</li></ul><h4> </h4><p> </p><p> </p><p>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.</p>
